Manx

The Manx breed can be agressive when it comes to hunting down their pray.  They will take on animals bigger than them with out hesitation.  The appearance of a Manx is very different than any other cat breed.  Their back legs are longer than their front legs which gives them a more rounded appearance.  They have a short and stocky body type with very round eyes.

These cats are known for being very loyal and energetic.  Many people think of them as a dogs since they are so loyal to their owners.

The Manx Cat is a very intelligent and sweet tempered breed.  They are very curious and love to be involved with everything that you do.  The Manx are known for their hunting and if they become outside cats, that is exactly what they will do.  They keep their playful, young traits until the later years.  That is what makes this breed fun and exciting.  They do well with children if raised with them.  The Manx may not take well being placed as an adult into a home with children.  They prefer a more calm and quiet environment.

Japanese Bobtail

The Japanese Bobtail breed is a very loving, affectionate and playful breed.  They are very active and love to play games.  You can even walk them on a leash as long as it’s kept playful and exciting for the cat.  They have an amazing happy spirit and personality.  This breed has a long and lean body build.  They have long hair and some have short hair.

They are known to get along well with other cats and are good with children.  The Japanese Bobtail  is a fearless cat so they do interact well with dogs.  They are very strong willed but very loyal to their family.  Just like having a dog; the Japanese Bobtail needs companionship and lots of play time to prevent boredom and in the end acting out with destructive behavior.

If you are looking for a playful and affectionate family cat that will get along with kids and other animals, this would be the perfect cat for you.  Never a dull moment with a Japanese Bobtail.

Labrador Retriever

The Labrador Retriever is the most popular of dog breeds in the United States.  They are  a very intelligent breed.  They love to be in the water, play fetch and pretty much anything else that keeps them moving.  The Labrador Retriever is not an agressive breed.  They are very affectionate and do require lots of attention.  They need daily excercise to keep them happy and healthy.   

Labrador Retrievers are very easy to please.  Make them feel like part of the family and you’re in.  They do get separation anxiety when left alone for long periods of time.  When left alone, they do needs toys to keep them occupied or you may come home to a messy house.

The male Labrador Retriever grows to be around 60-75 lbs.  The female grows to be around 55-70lbs.   Their life expectancy is up to 12 yrs.   They are known to have hip and elbow dysplasia in their later years.
